جناب آقای آنتینیو گوترس، دبیرکل محترم سازمان ملل،
شما حتما خبر دارید که رژیم اسلامی ایران سپیده دم دوشنبه ۲۹ ژانویه، چهار زندانی سیاسی کرد را اعدام کرد. این حادثه متاسفانه روزانه در ایران تکرار میشود. بنا بر گزارش “هرانا” ، سازمان حقوق بشر ایران، رژیم در ماه گذشته ۹۰ نفر را در ایران به دار آویخت! این آمار یکماهه اگر به یکسال و بعد به ۴۵ سال حکومت اسلامی بسط و محاسبه شود، رژیم اسلامی جمعیتی حداقل دو برابر با کشته شدگان فلسطینی در غزه در ایران اعدام کرده است.
علی رغم صدور قطع نامه های مختلف در باره نقض حقوق بشردر ایران، جمهوری اسلامی هیچ گاه، به هیچ نهاد و سازمان بین المللی پاسخگو نبوده. در اعتراضات سال ۱۴۰۱ که به انقلاب زن زندگی آزادی مشهور شد و تعداد بیشماری از جوانان ایران بدست نیروهای سرکوبگر رژیم جان سپردند، رژیم به هیچ نماینده سازمان ملل اجازه نداد برای بررسی این جنایات به ایران سفر کند. حکومت اسلامی با “کمیسیون حقیقیت یاب” سازمان ملل در این مورد تا کنون هیچ گونه همکاری ای نداشته است.
شما بخوبی میدانید که جمهوری اسلامی با سو استفاده از ایجاد شرایط جنگی که در خاورمیانه توسط نیروهای نیابتی اش براه انداخته، از مخالفین خود در داخل و خارج از ایران انتقام می گیرد. زنان، اقلیت های مذهبی، بهایی ها، اقلیت های قومی، دانشجویان، روزنامه نگاران، وکلای مدافع حقوق بشر، هنرمندان، اساتید دانشگاه ها، و پزشکان بدون هیچ پروسه قضایی یازداشت، زندانی و شکنجه میشوند. و در دادگاه های انقلاب اسلامی با سناریوهای ساختگی نیروهای امنیتی به شلاق، حبس های طولانی مدت و یا اعدام محکوم میشوند! اعدام مخالفین را جمهوری اسلامی بخشی از استراتژی بقای خود میداند و برای ایجاد وحشت در مردم ادامه خواهد داد.
در چنین شرایطی، معاون کمیساریای عالی حقوق یشر سازمان ملل خانم “ندا النشیف” قصد دارد به ایران سفرکند! این اقدام سازمان ملل در ذهن ایرانیان پرسش های زیادی را مطرح کرده است، برای چی؟ شما قطعا میدانید که نماینده شما آزادی عمل نحواهد داشت که با خانواده های اعدام شده و یا زندانیان سیاسی دیدار کند و در نهایت بعد از دیدار تشریفاتی با اعضای ستاد حقوق یشر قوه قضاییه رژیم باز خواهد گشت. مردم ایران این اقدام شما را بمعنی اعتبار بخشی به حکومت جنایتکار اسلامی میدانند که موجب بی اعتمادی آنان به سازمان ملل خواهد بود.
ما از شما توقع داریم که سفر خانم “ندا النشبف” را مشروط کنید به امکان دیدار با زندانیان سیاسی، خانواده اعدام شدگان، بویژه خانواده چهار جوانی که در تاریخ ۲۹ ژانویه به دار آویخته شدند، با خانواده های پرواز ۷۵۲ اکرایینی، یا وکلای زندانی، در غیر اینصورت سفرایشان را لغو کنید تا اعتبار حقوق بشر سازمان ملل آسیب نبیند.
ما از شما درخواست داریم، از تمام امکانات حقوقی که در اختیار دارید برای متوقف کردن ماشین اعدام در ایران استفاده کنید. ما از شما درخواست می کنیم قوه قضاییه ایران و دادگاه های انقلاب را بخاطر زیر پا گذاشتن همه موازین حقوقی و انسانی پاسخگو کنید.
ما از شما درخواست می کنیم در اسرع وقت یک هیئت ویژه از وکلای برجسته بین المللی برای رسیدگی به اعدام های فراقانونی رژیم، انتخاب کنید تا با کمک وکلای مستقل ایرانی در داخل و خارج کشور جنایات جمهوری اسلامی را بررسی و به شما گزارش کنند.
سازمان ملل برای استمرار صلح، برای نگهبانی از کرامت انسانی و حقوق بشر تاسیس شد. صدای اعتراض مردم ایران را جدی بگیرید تا شاید بتوان ماشین کشتار حکومت اسلامی را متوقف کرد. ما از شما انتظار داریم به تعهد خود نسبت به دفاع از حقوق بشر در ایران عمل کنید.

Stop the Executions in the Islamic Republic of Iran
No doubt you are aware of the execution of four Kurdish political prisoners on Monday, January 29 by the Islamic Republic in Iran. It must be stressed; this pernicious incident is repeated daily in Iran. According to the report by “Harana”, the Iranian Human Rights Organization, the regime executed 90 people in Iran last month! If this statistic is extrapolated to a year and then for 45 years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has executed at least twice as many people as the Palestinians killed in the recent Gaza war, so far.
Despite the issuance of various resolutions regarding the violation of human rights in Iran, the Islamic Republic has never felt propensity to respond to any. In the 1401 protests, which became internationally known as “Women-Life-Freedom” movement, countless Iranian youths died at the hands of the repressive forces of the regime. On this occasion, the regime did not allow any UN representative travel to Iran to investigate. The Islamic government has not cooperated with the United Nations “Truth-Finding Commission” in this matter either.
Further you understand the Islamic Republic takes revenge on its opponents inside and outside of Iran, declaring it is in unconventional warfare; created by its proxies in the Middle East. Women, religious minorities, Baha’is, ethnic minorities, students, journalists, human rights lawyers, artists, university professors, and medical doctors are detained, imprisoned, and tortured without any judicial hearing. And in special courts of the Islamic Revolution, they are sentenced to inhumane public flogging, long-term imprisonment and/or execution with fake scenarios created by the security services!
Amid this pernicious situation, we understand the Deputy High Commissioner for UNHR, Ms. Neda Al-Nashbaf, is planning to travel to Iran! The plan has raised questions for Iranians, asking for what reason? It is known that the UN representatives will not have the freedom of meeting with the families of the executed people or political prisoners. Ms Al-Nashbaf will be conducted to meet with the members of the regime’s Legal HR, within the regime’s judiciary system, only ceremonially. In fact, her travel will actualise condoning Islamic regime criminal acts, which will cause distrust of the UN.
Your Excellency we advise you make Ms. Neda Al-Nashbaf’s trip to Iran conditional, that is meeting with political prisoners, the families of the executed, especially the families of the four who were hanged on January 29, and further with the families of the Ukrainian Flight 752, and the lawyers of the political prisoners. Otherwise, please cancel this trip saving the UNHR credibility.
Further, Excellency we request use all the legal means at your disposal to stop executions in Iran, holding the Islamic Republic’s judiciary system accountable for violating all legal and humanitarian standards.
In addition, we request a special delegation of international lawyers, including independent Iranian lawyers, are setup to investigate the illegal executions perpetrated by the regime, making the finding public.
Your Excellency, the UN was established to maintain peace, to protect human dignity and human rights. Hence, take the Iranian people protestation seriously such that the illegal execution in Iran may be stopped.
