“Insecurity and poverty are up and increasing”.
Number of people requesting living subsidies from the government and private charitable
organisations has been up by 19% in the last two weeks, compared with an average increase
in last six months.
The IRGC Intelligence has declared two of its personnel, who had passed anti-revolutionary
operational information to the Government Ministry of Information, have been detained.
They have confessed their recalcitrancy being due to confusion, lack of command and
coordination in diaspora of intelligent authorities.
The special IRGC security patrols have reported that, in several regions severe poverty
condition has caused serious conflicts between and within families. Hence the needs for
single dwelling have increased by 100%. Abandoning old and disabled parents has increased
by 50%. Abandoning children on streets and using children for begging has also increased at
least by 30% compared with the same period last year.
The law enforcement police have reported, more than hundred cases of kidnapping and
attempted robbery, last month. The amount of coercion and street robbery has been up to
a record level, but the insecurity in middle- and higher-class neighbourhoods has increased
by 30% in the same period.
The IRGC-Intelligence financial monitoring section has highlighted, migration of experienced
people both technical and technocrats, either legally and/or illegally, to Turkey, Cyprus,
Pakistan, and European countries are up, and increasing. The specific border detention
centres setup to hold these illegal immigrants does not have sufficient capacity for the
purpose, highlighting catastrophic situation at several border crossings.
The IRGC Intelligence Organization also informs, the number of Iranian people starving on
the Iraqi roads are increasing rapidly. Most of these people have travelled to Iraq, on-foot,
in pretence of being a pilgrim, to receive subsidy and free food parcels that has not
materialised!
The Ministry of Information has reported, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei's recent visit to
Hormozgan Province and Kish Island, has encountered several security dysfunctional, mostly
unexpected threats. Valayateamr securing brigade, whose main objectives are protection of
ruling elites and in particular Khamenei’s family, has asked for swift investigations of the
situation.
